Using a combination of kayaks, skis and kites, three Australians will traverse the South Patagonian Icecap - the third largest ice mass in the world - from the Pacific Ocean to the famous Torres del Paine National Park. Storm-whipped seas and white-water rivers, deep crevasses and steep icefalls, winter blizzards and freezing temperatures combine to make this Patagonian traverse both heaven and hell.
